Sweets Print Scalloped Skirt

My room has warm lighting just for reference, true color is in the stock photo.

Comes with a detachable decorative bow and waist ties!
Has partial shirring. I've found tiny 3-4 stains in the back but only one is visible as pictured in the 4th image. The rest are covered by the black fabric of the skirt. Worn once and has been washed with regular detergent but unfortunately the stains wouldn't budge, oxyclean or bleach spot treatment might work.
Comes from a smoke free home, I have pets but they don't go near my clothes.
Might have some loose threads cus you know, bodyline.
