Good condition, but hole in hem.

This coat is in excellent condition. However, I found a mark and hole on the hem at the bottom. For this reason, I have greatly reduced the price. I have taken a photo of the flaw. The hole itself is about 1 cm in diameter and has an orange-reddish ring around it. The coat is lady's size and a very flattering fit.
