western indie (possibly vintage) bolero, with beaded, lace trim. The body feels like polyester and is partially sheer. the lace has a few loose threads that i've tried to show. they don't seem to be unraveling, and you could likely trim or weave them back in to the lace, they also aren't noticeable when worn.
I've worn this bolero quite a few times, it's an excellent piece for adding to a gothic coord. great for summer for a blouseless top look. there are some white deodorant stains in the arm pits, also not noticeable when worn. 
the front closes with a ribbon tie, i think this give more flexibility in the front for bust size. the material isn't stretchy, so shoulders and arms will be the limiting measurements for this garment
A really beautiful piece, and i'd love to let it go to someone who can continue to give it some love.
