I'm at least the second owner, I've worn it only once or twice
There's a few loose threads near the zipper, near the shirring, but it doesn't look like anything is coming loose. I tried to capture it on camera but i think it's a little hard to see.
I keep the bow pinned on to the skirt so i don't lose it, this might have left holes there in the skirt but, i haven't unpinned it to check.

I recommend being at least 2 or 3cm under the max 80cm for the skirt, the skirt has a hard time zipping up and sitting properly if the shirring is too tight. A big reason i'm letting it go was it hasn't ever really fit right :<
