Sure :D It is 15.5 cm flat at the elastic right after the puff part ends. My arms are 36cm around and it fit on me it was just too tight to be comfortable. I hope that helps :)

hi there! were you close to the bust limit on this dress? im wondering if it could squeeze a couple more cm in... would you say the max measurement feels pretty accurate?

Hi! I would say they are generous if anything. I am 101 cm bust and it did not feel particularly loose on me. Sorry to disappoint :c
