Bought new from Lady Sloth. It is the gray color way but comes without waist ties or loops. I had it custom sized to fit a 102 cm bust and a 98 cm waist and I would say that those are around the max measurements. I love the dress, but I am leaning more towards sweet style now, so I am hoping it can go to a good home.
