New! Dress and Headbow Set. I just picked up this set from Baby, so it's all brand new, not tried on. This set is from the re-release pre-order that Baby did in Tokyo last September (2016). I entered the lottery and had some friends' help to ensure I'd actually get one. Turns out the odds were in my favor and so now I have a spare ivory set!

The style is really similar to Baby's Rosette Rose version - http://lolibrary.org/apparel/secret-garden-rose-has-secret-scent-rosette-rose-jsk
The main differences are this version is fully ruched at the back for a more flexible fit and is high-waisted. The waist ribbon is also a bit different. I've put the measurements below.

Bust: Max 96cm
Waist: Max 96cm
