NWOT lace collar from Atelier Pierrot. Bought for summer coords so I wouldn't have to wear a blouse, but sadly it does not fit comfortably around my neck. Listed neck circumference listed as 44 cm; more accurate measurement for neck circumference is closer to 40 cm, measuring from the inside of the button placket. Fabric is a cotton/poly blend, with lots of lovely details and custom lace (see second photo)
