Other notes: Satin stripe (100% cotton) and flocky tulle (100% nylon) fabric, tulle lace, satin ribbon
My waist is 75-76cm and it just fits me. Any larger may not zip closed.
I bought this skirt secondhand. I think I'm the third owner. I've worn it twice. The skirt is I excellent condition for its age! All glitter and flocking is intact. The waist bow is detachable and can be used elsewhere in your coord.
I'm selling this because I finally found the JSK and don't need a duplicate of the print.
