Nice seller with quick communication, but there were a couple issues. Seller didn’t find the headband until a couple weeks later. I understand they had just moved but I don’t think something should be listed when not sure where it is. But the seller did handle the situation appropriately and shipped it separately for free later. Also, there was a stain on the dress which was sold as “like new.” It was a noticeable stain (which luckily came out with washing) but not super dark so I can see how it might be missed. But a dress sold as like new should be very very carefully checked. But overall the seller was nice and everything worked out in the end! It was more just bad luck or disorganization rather than a dishonest seller. Can’t wait to wear my new dress!
