Hi, I'm wondering what the waist measurements for this would be? and length?

Hi there!
The waist measurement is hard to tell since it has loops in the back to tighten/loosen it. I would recommend a waist between 24" and 27" (it's more forgiving in the waist than the bust).
The length is 20.5" when measured from the shoulder seam to the very bottom, or 18" when measured from the center collar to the bottom.
