This piece is in good condition! Very beautiful and intricate lace and design, I am only selling because its not my colour. Worn once and washed by me.
I have used a lighter on the bows to prevent fraying (they're plastic). Removable ribbon as well as the small bow at the throat. That bow is pinned on so there is a small hole because of it. 
The dress is made of cotton so it is a bit wrinkled, but can easily be steamed or ironed. It has a built in petticoat as well.
