I am not able to post this review unless the stars are checked.... I won this bid February 1st. I have the seller some time, due to the holiday. I never got a response after that. I tried multiple times after that. Nothing. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review since all of my messages have gone unread. I would not recommend this seller. Especially since I'm not the only buyer this has happened to.

I hoped I would have never had to leave negative feedback on LM, but this situation has called for it. Total was $120+$25 shipping ($145). I paid immediately on Jan 18 and they said they would "ship out ASAP". On Jan 23 I send a friendly msg asking them to send me tracking when they can. They don't respond back until Jan 26 saying they can't send me tracking until after LNY and asks me to wait, so I do. LNY (Feb 10) passes and I msg them on the 12th, and then on the 14th again for updated status. Seeing as my messages have been repeatedly ghosted for a while and it's been a month since the transaction, I get sus that they're trying to scam me so I open a paypal dispute to get them to respond. They finally reply on Feb 17 asking what to do, I tell them the transaction can proceed if they provide the tracking number. On Feb 18, with no tracking number still, they ask me if I can cancel the dispute because they can't receive payments, but I'm not budging on that. On Feb 19, they say they'll have tracking on Feb 26 which is within the response time window for the dispute. Feb 28 comes along with STILL NO UPDATE, and paypal resolves the dispute in my favor, so I get the full refund. Seller says "they already sent me the dress" and they don't know what to do, so I tell them if they can send me the tracking number, they can send me a new invoice. They send me tracking and a new invoice. I pay the new invoice, even though the tracking only says "label created" because I'm still putting good faith in them and know that I still have buyer's protection for this mess. The dress finally arrives March 4, and the final nail for this transaction is that the piece is utterly FILTHY (smells like it was in a smoker household and then in storage for a long time) and needs a thorough cleaning, banned to filth soup. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I have a lot of experience cleaning up filthy pieces, so I've been able to salvage this, but it costed me a good extra on vinegar, detergent, water, and manual labor for the thorough wash. If I had known about this damage, I would not have considered picking this up. I asked for some compensation regarding the issues after dealing with them this far, and I've been ghosted again since March 8. Spare yourself from this mess.
