Angelic Pretty Radiant Candlelight Navy skirt

I sell the original Angelic Pretty Radiant Candlelight.
This is velvet wondrous Navy skirt with a separate chiffon skirt on the clasp. 
Size not specified, but on average S / M. 
I am the second owner, however, it was worn 5 times in total. 
State 4 of 5. There is a small defect on the chiffon surface, see in photos. 
I sell it because of financial necessity, also I don’t have clothes to wear with this skirt: there are no desired colors in the wardrobe to combine it properly.
