The seller was responsive to questions before my purchase. I originally received a tracking number that didn't work and the seller never responded to my initial message about it not working. It wasn't until I sent another message that I got a new tracking number that worked. I was also a little surprised that the dress was so purple when it came since it was listed as wine. My phone screen is partly to blame for not accurately being able to judge the color from the picture, so it is not entirely the sellers fault.
