I'm not actually sure what the official name of this bag is, but based off of the tag style inside, its design, and the plastic glitter heart pull that it features (the bag shape and the heart pull are identical to the Pop Dot Shoulder bag from 2009), I'm guesstimating this purse dates from 2009-2010ish. I think it may have been part of a set, possibly of a luckybag. The crossbody bag features an adjustable shoulder strap, a front pocket behind the bow, and a zipper closure. 

I am not the bag's first owner, and *please note* that this bag is *damaged*. The damages are as follows: 

-heavy peeling by the zipper at the top
-heavy peeling at the sides where the straps attach to the bag body
-some lighter peeling along the bottom gusset of the bag
-a nick on the right side of the bow on the front of the bag
-a few tiny spots of peeling along the scallops of the bow
-a few small spots of peeling in the back
-a few small spots of peeling on the strap 
-some staining in the inner lining of the bag

I did my best to catalogue all the damages I saw, but please note that I may have missed something. This bag is being sold as-is, on the understanding by the seller that it is in poor condition. Also, since there isn't a damage tag for peeling, I just tagged "scratches/scuffs," lol. Because of its condition, I've just listed this up with a low starting bid. Maybe someone who knows how to stop bag peeling better than I do could pick it up and make a project of it!
