INVOICING
-I invoice in the JPY equivalent, according to xe.com exchange rate of the day, rounded up to the nearest yen.

SHIPPING
-I ship with tracking only; listed postage is for airmail with tracking through Japan Post for most countries except the US, Australia, Russia, and Canada. Due to covid restrictions, only registered airmail or EMS or Yamato/UPS is available.
-Postage includes a small handling charge for packaging materials and paperwork etc. By purchasing a listing you agree to the postage listed.
-I usually ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation but may take longer in rare cases, of which you will be notified.
-I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, although I will contact the delivery company if necessary. There will be no refunds in case of stolen packages after delivery; it is the buyer's duty to collect/accept the delivery.
