By bidding on/purchasing any of my listings, you agree to my Terms of Sales as written below. INVOICING -I invoice in the JPY equivalent, according to xe.com exchange rate of the day, rounded up to the nearest yen. I am not responsible for any currency exchange fees that may occur. SHIPPING -I ship with tracking only; listed postage is for airmail with tracking through Japan Post for most countries except the US, Australia, Russia, and Canada. Due to covid restrictions, only registered airmail or EMS or Yamato/UPS is available. -Postage includes a small handling charge for packaging materials and paperwork etc. By purchasing a listing you agree to the postage listed. -I usually ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation but may take longer in rare cases, of which you will be notified. -I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, although I will contact the delivery company if necessary. There will be no refunds in case of stolen packages after delivery; it is the buyer's duty to collect/accept the delivery. -I am not responsible for any duty/customs fees that may occur. -If you are using a forwarding service, I am not responsible for the delivery of the package between your address and the forwarding service. -Dresses generally ship lightly compressed into a box. **EMS (Japan Post) and UPS/Yamato essentially offer the same express service with full tracking and insurance. Please let me know if you would strongly prefer one over the other; otherwise I may switch between the two without prior notice depending on service availability/delays. SALES -Please message if interested in payment plans or holds; deposits/down payments are not refundable under any circumstances. -I may refuse to sell to anyone with negative or no feedback. -All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. **All my listed clothing have been cleaned since last wear. **I do my very best to find every flaw in my listed items and any flaws will be photographed and noted upon, but ultimately please note that these items have been worn and are in USED condition unless otherwise stated.
