I bought this piece brand new and wore it maybe 4 times. It's in excellent condition. Fits a nice petticoat underneath. There is a matching hairbow that has a non-removable string of 'pearls' attached to it.

Smoke-free home. I keep my Lolita items in a close that is strictly prohibited to my cat and dog.

I usually wear a small or a medium. I'd say this is a medium, because there is an elastic that expands. Length: 55 cm Waist: 63-78 cm
