I purchased this item February 8th or so but it never actually shipped until March and I didn’t end up getting it until 3/15. Seller was slow to reply. I decided to just wait it out and see if I would get the item. But I did end up getting it and it was as described. It did take awhile though.

I've never left negative feedback and feel bad doing so now, but I purchased this blouse a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I reached out to the seller on 2/25 to ask for an update, and they informed me they were in the middle of a major life event and that they'd ship the next day. Fair enough. I keep checking on the tracking number and it still just says it was created but not shipped, so I reached back out to request a refund on 3/10. It's 3/14 now and still no response, so I've had to go through Paypal to request it. It seems from the reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to, but I figured the bad reviews were flukes.

This seller was very understanding in me being new to Lacemarket. My address on my paypal was incorrect and as such, seller accidentally shipped it to wrong address. However, i sent it back and they were able to send again. Seller's communication was somewhat slow and unclear and in some parts of the process, we had miscommunication. If you order from this seller, please be aware that they are at times slow with communication. Package was finally sent and I got it recently. Really beautiful dress overall. This rating is neutral bc of slow communication.
