First owner, pretty good quality, slightly worn feeling. You can adjust the length of the petticoat from 36cm to 61cm!
Tbh it doesn't have much poof at all unless you tie the petticoat to make it shorter and even then it's more of a casual cupcake poof.

Hello everyone, I made a mistake on the measurements, those are flat-lay measurements! So actual waist is 50cm- 95cm!!! But recommended for people below 75cm for comfortability
