Buyer bought $10 socks I listed as new but I had missed a small minute stain on the sole of one of the socks. I have it listed in my ToS that I try to look over before sending items out and I fully took the fault but the buyer asked for $5 refund on Meta socks I sold for $10. We agreed on a $2.5 refund. Overall, a pleasant seller but I wouldn't go through the hassle again for a $10 purchase.

Seller posted the wrong item size as "L" instead of "M" as it was tagged inside the garment neckline. It was disappointing but the seller paid for return shipping and quickly refunded the transaction.
