Item did not arrive as described. The sewing repairs had been disclosed and are not at issue. Seller included in item description, "There aren’t any stains or rips either (or at least I couldn’t detect any)." but upon receipt I found a pretty obvious stain within 30 seconds that any cursory observation would have revealed. Dress was rolled into a plastic bag and placed in a juice box for shipping.
Invoiced and paid on Sep 12 after agreeing to EMS shipping, item was shipped on the 15th and arrived on the 25th. Sent a message to the seller on Sep 25 requesting a partial refund for cleaning the unreported stains and have not heard a response as of this writing, Sep 29.

I just received my dress in the mail and am extremely pleased with it :D The seller is wonderful! She replied and answered all my question and she kept me informed with when she posted the package out ^-^ The packaging was sturdy and the dress was protected in a plastic bag.
A+++ seller would definitely buy from again.
