Buyer was clearly new and inexperienced with the ways of selling on the online world as well as Lacemarket in general. I was happy to guide through the necessary steps of purchasing, and payment etc went smoothly. My only comment is that they had expressed concerns and doubts about the postal service on their end only after I had sorted a quote for the regular shipping, as opposed to international tracked and signed, so in the future it's better to express these concerns up front as this will incur extra costs for the seller, especially on lower value items such as a blouse where this will probably not be factored into the original pricing of a garment compared to something of higher value.

Overall a very unpleasant experience. For some reason, the buyer decided to purchase this listing without confirming shipping beforehand, and after I told them what the shipping price would be, they gave an unnecessarily snarky remark and requested to cancel the sale. After I took my time to inform the buyer of the rules of using this site, they promptly responded with yet another snarky remark. I would not recommend doing business with this user.

The buyer asked me to hold the cape until she got paid at the end of the following week, which I was happy to do. However, I received no payment at that time, so I sent a message a few days later, asking for clarification on how long I'd need to keep this item on hold. The buyer hasn't responded, so I have to conclude that she's not committed to following through on the sale. I'm going to give up waiting and just re-list the cape.
