Communication was excellent, she took a little time to reply to messages, but was very friendly and polite. Dispatch time was quick and postage was very reasonable for international ($20 for a box). Everything was placed in a box, all within plastic. She even included a tote bag and stickers from the GLB as gifts! The downside is the dress did have an additional stain and was yellowed and faded, which wasn't visible in the photos. BUT she more than made up for it, as upon messaging her about it, she gave me a substantial refund and was very apologetic! This is the best experience I could have had in this situation and I would really recommend her. Past sellers I've dealt with have never been so accommodating in similar situations. Try your best to get well-lit photos and if you do buy, I'm sure she'll help you with any issues if they do arise!
