The petticoat is as described and doesn't have any flaws that I noticed. It was shipped in a prettily colored bag and took about 15 days to get to me from the time I paid, so it's pretty much within the 1-2 week estimate. The neutral rating comes from the seller's lack of communication. I sent a PM through lacemarket that was never responded to. I then dug up their e-mail from the paypal invoice and e-mailed them. I wasn't given the tracking number until Jan 14. I paid the invoice on Jan 5. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not really a good one either.
