She was very nice so I hate to leave this feedback, but had very poor communicati0n and timeliness. She did not respond to Lacemarket messages despite most of them being shown as read the same day as I sent them. It was only after a week of waiting and messaging that I tracked her down on Facebook to request payment. At that point, it still took her several days for her to pay despite her stating she would pay the same day. I also had to message her to confirm receipt, and to have feedback left for me. If you are too busy from work, please do not bid on items.

I hate to leave negative feedback, but I can't help but warn others about this seller. I was happy to win the auction, but upon winning, the seller informed me the dress was in a different color. I was promised navy when she had it in black. While she was very very apologetic, it does not excuse the fact that, upon inspection, her proof photos were not her own. I'm not sure, of course, but if I had to guess, my bet would be that this seller buys dresses and sells them for higher prices, and she had not received my item in the mail yet, as she forgot the color. I don't think the excuse of being colorblind would fit into this situation, as the proof photos were a different color than expected. Overall, bad seller.

Item as described. But think twice before buying. First, the seller added extra pp fee in my invoice, and this is not even told in the terms. (Settled after some communication.)While after that it took about 10 days until I got it, here many things happened, though all settled in the end. I fully understand the seller is very busy and it's Christmas season, but if communication is smoother I will definitely not be so anxious.

Communication wasn't the best, took awhile to receive an invoice, and never told me when the item had shipped. Item arrived to me in excellent condition though, so I'm glad the wait was worth it.

Sweetstar is a very goog seller. She send the dress very quickly, and it was absolutely like the picture. The JSK came clean, smelling good of soap, gorgeous, in perfect condition. There was a good communication throughout the sale, even if it was laking at the end. I would recommend her, and buy again!
