The seller was very communicative and prompt! They take care in packaging their items well and making sure everything is correct. The seller was busy and wasn't able to make it to the shipping company before it closed so shipping took a bit, but they let me know when they'd get the tracking number from the company and promptly sent it along with the estimated time it'd take to deliver. As they said, it was about a week. The time it took to process the transaction, ship out, and arrive was about 2 weeks. Item is as described, and I'm very happy! Overall, this seller is very detailed and thorough. They made the buying experience easy and delivered well. I'll start with the good. The seller communicates timely and charges fairly for packaging. The trouble is, I ordered in April and it was not scanned in by the postal service until a month later, which was odd to me. I also was given two different tracking numbers, the first one that did not work at all and the second was after that first month went by. Finally the order was rejected at customs and when sent back to the seller, it got lost in transit. The seller only offered a partial refund, so I lost out on money and an item. When I did try asking for the full amount back, the seller warned me they would get LM admins involved for opening a Paypal claim in bad faith.
