Seller had a family emergency and had to delay shipping the dress by a few days, which happens, but I did have to reach out to check on the dress's status, hence the stars off for communication and dispatch time. The box tape came open during shipment, but the dress inside was intact, so there was no problem there. Overall, I am satisfied.
