The buyer's communication was good at first, when I asked if I should invoice her for the entire set or just the 2 pieces that she purchased. But then, I didn't receive payment for the invoice or any further communication, even though I sent a reminder-to-pay message. I waited 7 days after the invoice date, then canceled the invoice and re-listed the set (per my policy). The next day, I received a message from the buyer apologizing for the oversight and offering to pay immediately. So I recognize that it may have been a one-time mistake, but this was still an overall negative experience.
