Total surprise to stumble on my dream dress like I did. But, I did. This seller was really helpful--there was some minor damage to part of the lace on this dress and the seller was totally upfront about it, with clear pictures of the damage in the sales listing, and even double-checked with me by PM before I paid for the JSK to make sure I knew there was minor damage. So, yes, definitely really good, honest communication. The damage didn't bother me and, like the seller said to me, it can be fixed. All in all, this was a really good transaction and I'd recommend this seller, for sure.

Reuenthal was wonderful to buy from, and the flower crowns are just gorgeous in real life! They did come with some hairs stuck in them, but considering the price it's really not worth complaining about. Would recommend!!
