The seller was very communicative and quick with the process. She answered any questions I had the night I bought the item, most of them within half an hour of my asking, and shipped the item out the next day. It arrived within a week, exactly as described. All in all a very pleasant experience!

I really struggled with how to rate my experience with this seller and unfortunately I have to settle on Neutral. The seller was polite but response times were incredibly slow (1-3 day response times). She says that she does not get notifications from Lacemarket for new messages but if I had a $300 transaction hanging in the ether I would be checking daily.
I requested a payment plan (half at the time of purchase, half on 2/8 at the latest). She agreed on 1/24, I purchased the item and confirmed my information. She did not invoice me for the first half until 1/28 which I paid immediately... Okay that's fine, it's a payment plan, no rush. I ended up being able to pay off the rest the next day (1/29) and she said she would ship Monday the 3rd.
By Thursday the 6th I hadn't heard anything and requested an update. She said she'd shipped the dress and that it would be here on the 13th (!!!). She did not include tracking so I had to request that in another message. She sent the dress via UPS Ground which took eight days to arrive from Washington (Seller's profile states she is in Georgia which is two states away from me). I would have paid more for USPS Priority. The dress finally got here today and thankfully it is in excellent condition. It is a dream dress of mine and I am happy to have it despite it taking so long.
Overall I can't recommend this seller unless you desperately want the piece and are a very patient person.

Had huge stain on the dress and a loose bow that the seller did not disclose. Package came from washington even though their profile states they’re from Georgia where I live. They included some cute goodies but it didn’t make up for the undisclosed staining.
