I've wasted two months trying to undo the issues caused by this seller. They caused me hours of work to fix my Paypal account on top of causing me an unbelievable amount of stress, harassing me, threatening me, and still owing me for return shipping that was supposed to be no charge. I will post a shorter summary here, there is a longer one linked at the end since a lot more happened over the past two months which I cannot fit here. This listing said that a Kuma Kumya Pochette was included. Half the reason I bid on their listing was to purchase the Pochette. They sent me a Coin Purse, which is a much cheaper and different item, but the way it was photographed concealed the item differences. They refused to do anything to fix the issue because they “already spent the money" and told me to just sell it myself. I spoke to the LM mods and Paypal who advised me to open a Dispute which upset the seller, who told me they reported my Paypal account to prohibit me from doing a return. While the Dispute did end “in my favor,” my account suddenly became permanently limited (banned) shortly after and remained that way until I finally was able to get the ban appealed last week. Until the very end, this seller continued to send me harassing messages, ignored the majority of my messages/questions, and also threatened to report me for "mail fraud” which I didn’t even do. All I wanted to do was return for a refund and this seller fought me every step of the way. Buyer beware if something goes wrong with a transaction with this seller, they are a nightmare to deal with and the worst person I ever purchased from.

Necklace/bracelet was just as described, no problems there. Communication was good and dispatch was prompt! I asked for a box to protect the jewelry case and I'm glad I did. Packaging was a little lackluster as the jewelry case was only put in the box with no protection. There was a small dent in the pleather from shipment. Overall good experience, just wish packaging was better.
