Was hospitalized after having allergic reaction to a prescription drug. Seller only gave 24 hrs for communication and reacted with negative feedback while I was unconscious. Feedback is a year late but it still marrs my feedback rating and was out of my control. Released 29 days later from hospital and felt too defeated to respond until now. Please consider increasing your window of communication. This was over $5 :(

The bag was described as having no flaws except a crease in the lace around the bunny's neck. However, I have found several small stains on the fur and a tiny snag in the fabric of one paw. None of these flaws are conspicuous, but I'm still disappointed considering the condition description and how much I paid for this bag (only slightly below retail price).
