Paid 4/20, dress was mailed on 4/28. This wouldn't be an issue but she stated she would mail within 3 business days in TOS. I contacted her on 4/23 and she advised on 4/24 that it
would be mailed later that day. When I messaged her on 4/27 for status, she decided to tell me that it had not been mailed, claiming she would mail it that day, which the tracking number shows was not true.
When the dress arrived the condition was as stated, but it was stuffed in a priority mail box with no protective plastic or wrapping, and got stuck on the corner on the way out as a result. I would recommend communicating better and wrapping items more carefully.
