The seller is an upstanding and responsible person who handled an issue kindly and respectfully. They sent out the item immediately and it arrived quickly and safe, however there was an issue with the cleaning aspect of the item. Not only did the seller respond quickly and kindly, they resolved the issue fairly and without a problem. I have dealt with sellers who refuse to take responsibility, but this seller took care of the issue. Thank you very much and I would not hesitate to buy from again if it came up.
