I had it professionally altered to fit 108cm bust and 106cm waist. think it can stretch more than this though because of the shirring. No waist ties as they were used to add the extra fabric. There are a couple of loose threads on the side that can be cut off.

I've never worn it unfortunately and am needing to sell for emergency needed funds.
