After winning the item, I didn't hear from the seller. I emailed a week later, still nothing. Over a month later I got a one-line email saying the item was gone. I can't recommend the seller on the basis of poor communication.

Prior to purchasing the pochette I contacted the seller to ask if if it could be sent via USPS (either First Class or Priority) with a signature confirmation, a photo of the pochette with the seller's username could be emailed (a stock image was only shown in the listing), and if any shipping overage could be refunded. The seller agreed. The photo looked fine, and the pochette was purchased.
After four days I messaged to seller to ask when they planned on dropping off the package. I was told they were out of town, it had shipped, and a tracking number would be sent in two days if I had not was not received the package. When asking how much the overage was I was specified a small amount to be refunded after I had received the package.
The package was picked up a day later without without a signature request added. When asking why there was no signature request I was told they weren't aware. In a follow up message I asked why the price on the label differed from the difference amount offered to be refunded. I was told it it was to cover "fees," This is against both Lace Market and PayPal's policy. A message citing and linking to Lace Market's PayPal policy and transaction breakdown was sent, followed by receiving the remainder of the postage overage I was owed.
