Responded quickly to my questions and through the transaction, shipped within timeframe promised. Item was packaged safely, but it was described as "like new" and "very good" condition. It came to me coated in clumps of animal hair, which was unpleasant for me as I have fairly bad allergies. It also had deodorant and sweat marks under the arms and around the collar.
Seller issued a partial refund as dry cleaning is necessary for the item to be wearable.
