The seller took a very long time to ship this item (about a month past the purchase date), but was friendly and helpful in explaining the reasons behind the delay. She graciously waived the cost of shipping and included 2 free items as compensation for my long wait, which more than made up for it. The dress itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
