The buyer bid on this item without asking me the price of shipping. I have all my international shipping set to "ask for a quote". The buyer placed a bid on 3/28 and I got no messages from this buyer asking for a quote. I then messaged a day before the auction ended asking if they wanted a quote (4/3), they had read the message on the same day (4/3) and I got no response. They won the auction on 4/4 to which I sent them a message asking for their address so I could correctly quote them the shipping cost and got no response. I messaged them again on 4/8 asking for their address so I could quote them and they messaged me on 4/9 their address. I gave them a message back with the quote along with a Paypal invoice (which I also mentioned in the message) on the same day and gave them 2 additional days (til the end of 4/11) to pay the invoice. They didn't read the message. I sent an additional message 12 hours before the deadline I gave (4/11) and they didn't read the message. I have spent 1 week trying to work with this person at this point. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep up with their purchases and pay in a timely manner. It is also the buyer's responsibility to check their email because Lace Market sends email notifications when there are new messages and Paypal sends notifications through the app and via email when there are invoices. I have canceled the invoice on (4/12). If needed I will be providing screenshots of messages, when the invoice was created/canceled. A week of waiting has already been wasted on this buyer hence the negative review.
