Mari was very communicative regarding shipping and even provided me with lovely advice as a first time buyer ^-^ She was also very patient with my response time as I was occasionally unable to respond right away. The dress itself arrived in good condition~ It was wrinkled just as mentioned in the description (nothing a steamer can't fix!) but in good shape! I honestly love the dress, I think the photo doesn't do it much justice! Also shipping was very quick (it arrived within a week(ish)). Overall, good experience :)
