Added the PayPal fees after telling me how much I owed, without informing me first, expecting me (the buyer) to pay them. Would not log into the PayPal page to send an invoice, only sent money/gift requests from the app despite my repeated asking for a proper, secure invoice. Slow to reply. I never received a secure, proper invoice (despite asking), so I never got to pay (and thus never got the dress and blouse).
