Perfect transaction up until I received the dress. The photo looked like there weren't any noticeable damages, but upon receiving the dress, the damage was far more than what I was lead to believe. It was sold as "very good condition", but there was yellowing under the arms, on the neck ties, on the back near the zipper at the neck and waist, small stains on the front button placket, and the waist ties were washed and the dye had run. When contacting the seller about this, she replied she would get back to me about a solution. After waiting a while, I opened a claim in PayPal. Through PP I requested a refund, and explained the situation in greater detail. I never got a response from the seller at all. Finally PP requested I return the dress. This cost me a lot more in shipping than it cost to get to me (Shipping Aus to US $20, US to Aus $50. When it arrived in Australia, the seller missed the delivery, but did not pick it up at the post office. I had to speak with PP several times to receive my refund as I could not force the seller to receive the return. The sale was made in April 2015, I received my refund from PP at the end of July 2015. I do not know if the seller had a chargeback due to this transaction. The dress appears to still be at the post office.

Communication with the seller was good. Dress came in good time and in good condition just as described. Would defiantly recommend this seller.
