NEUTRAL Wig arrived badly tangled at the back, with very frizzy waves. Some ends were so destroyed I could not comb or run my fingers through them and had to cut them off. It looks more like a Rhapsody wig than a Cascade at this point. Though the seller is friendly and posted the item in good time, I'm overall disappointed with this transaction.
