Absolute nightmare, the buyer found a stain on the dress and i offered a full refund and return (MULTIPLE) times, they wanted to keep the dress and would not accept anything but a partial refund. They kept pushing me to give them a partial refund and trying to question me multiple times why I wouldn't just give them some money back. I as a seller gave the best solution for a full refund and return and they practically forced me into a partial refund. I do not recommend this buyer and I'm more skeptical if this is something they would no doubt do again.
