Item took a bit longer to process than I had hoped (I bought it on the 13th of September and it arrived today, November 12th) and communication was on the slow side at times, but I appreciate that the seller had commitments and that we are all living in unusual circumstances right now. Fortunately I was not in a hurry to receive the item.
Otherwise everything was straightforward after it was posted and it reached me safely, well-packaged and as described. On the whole I'm pleased with my purchase and the seller was nothing but polite when we did message and they also apologised for the delays.
