The transaction itself was smooth. I paid the invoice and she shipped the dress within a timely manner. I received it without waist ties though even though the listing said "includes waist ties." I messaged her about it and she admitted it was a typo and offered a partial refund. I agreed to the partial refund and then she went cold. I sent several messages over than span of 2 months, but she only replied to one asking for my PP address again which I did give her, but she never actually sent the refund. So I initiated a Paypal claim. She never responded to that either, so I did get my partial refund by PP in the end. There was also some spots of discoloration on the dress. I did not bring up to her, but would like to add in as an extra warning on the how accurately the item is described.

Item never arrived. I asked for tracking number and seller said she could get it to me soon, but then I never heard back despite sending multiple messages on two different platforms. Finally had to get a refund though PayPal due to lack of communication.
