Poor communication, inaccurate representation of the item, and inadequate compensation for the damage combined to make this a nightmare of a transaction. First of all, the seller didn't even invoice me until I'd sent a message, several days after my purchase, requesting an invoice for the dress. Throughout the transaction, it took 3-5 days to receive a response to each of the messages I sent to this seller. She provided a tracking number for the package once it had shipped, but no instructions about how to use it (what website to go to, etc.) until I sent a message to request that info. Shipping took over a month, but I don't fault the seller for this because international mail is often slow. But the worst part is, the dress arrived with considerable yellow sweat/makeup stains under the arms and around the neckline, none of which had been pictured or mentioned in the listing. I requested a partial refund of $20 (which is what it would cost to have the dress cleaned), but the seller said she was in a difficult financial situation and couldn't afford to refund me any more than $10. I absolutely do not recommend this seller.
