The absolute sweetest and kindest seller I have ever bought from!! If I could give more stars I absolutely would, they are so kind and considerate and so very helpful! Initially we had agreed to a payment plan, but I was able to pay them in full sooner and they were happy to accept early payment and very communicative throughout the whole process! Unfortunately, paypal was not on my side nor my card carrier's, and would not accept my payment. I messaged the seller and explained everything, and they were happy to simply relist the item onto another site (which is where I had initially found the dress, but we decided to go through LM for an easier and safer payment plan process, as it was crosslisted!) I really cannot thank this seller enough for being so understanding, considerate, patient, and kind, I now have my dream dress and couldn't be happier!!♡♡ I did take one star off on the item as described(though I wish I could take off less than a full star), but that needs an explanation, so please read this section first: there was a stain on the back of the dress that matched into the print quite well, and I can TOTALLY see this stain being overlooked. I didn't even see it at first, it took me hours to notice! I fully trust that this seller just didn't see it, mistakes happen and it was easy to fully lift out of the fabric with some extra care! There was also undone thread behind the waist and top bow, but it's also very unnoticeable damage and super easy to fix, and I again trust the seller just didn't notice! I would absolutely buy from this seller again and I HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you so much for allowing me to buy my dream dress and being so kind and going the extra mile to relist it, it has absolutely made my whole month!!!♡:] Have a wonderful night, take care!☆
